Configuration Manager
From ITHandbook
Microsoft Configuration Manager is a powerful management solution that helps you with systems management, delivers more effective IT services, and works alongside many Microsoft technologies and solutions.
It's worth noting that the product name has changed several times in the past. When originally released it was called Systems Management Server (SMS). In 2007, Microsoft moved it to the System Center suite and rebranded the name to System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), which is the name that everyone is most familiar with. It is now part of the Microsoft Intune suite and is called Microsoft Configuration Manager.
The latest baseline version is 2403, which can be downloaded from Evaluation Center or MSDN.
